The Martin Place Metro North Tower, also known as 1 Elizabeth Street, is a cutting-edge, 40-story skyscraper in Sydney’s central business district, developed by Lendlease. Timber:
Premium-grade timber was chosen for its resilience and timeless look, enhancing the building’s contemporary design. PKF delivered a finish that aligns with the tower’s modern aesthetic while withstanding daily wear in a bustling office environment.

Vinyl:
In spaces where durability and easy maintenance were essential, vinyl proved to be the ideal choice. Known for its resilience and professional look, vinyl flooring aligns with the tower’s objectives in the specified areas. Carpet:
Carpet was installed in key areas to enhance acoustic performance, providing noise reduction and a welcoming atmosphere in open workspace areas and executive rooms. Selected for its slip resistance, durability, and shock absorption.
