The Newmarket Randwick development at 1 Young Street, Randwick, is a transformative project reimagining the historic Inglis Newmarket Stables site into a vibrant residential and retail community. Developed by Cbus Property and constructed by Lendlease, this project aims to enhance the urban landscape of Sydney's eastern suburbs.
Stage 2 includes the construction of Young & Fennelly and Jane St. Terraces, offering luxury residences designed to provide open spaces and modern amenities. These additions are strategically situated near the Newmarket Dining retail piazza, completed in Stage 1, enhancing the community's accessibility to dining and retail options.
Construction for Stage 2 commenced in May 2022, with completion anticipated in 2025.
As the flooring contractor for Stage 2, PKF is responsible for delivering high-quality flooring solutions across these new residential spaces.
